Coins that buy graded cards for their holders.
Launch a coin and pick a shelf, like PSA Pokémon under $60. Its creator fees buy real slabs off Collector Crypt, and each one is drawn to a holder with odds by balance. Every step is on-chain and anyone can check it.

How a pot works
Four steps, all run by the keeper and all logged in public. No step can send money anywhere except into slabs.
- 01
Launch
Pick a category, a grader and a price cap. The coin launches on pump.fun with fees going 80% to its own vault and 20% to the treasury. That split is locked.
- 02
Claim & swap
The keeper claims creator fees and swaps the vault's share to USDC with Jupiter. Some SOL stays behind for gas.
- 03
Buy the slab
It buys the cheapest listed slab on Collector Crypt that fits your rule, paid in USDC, and the slab arrives in the vault.
- 04
Draw
A snapshot of holders is published and committed by memo. After 15 minutes the blockhash of a slot set in advance picks the winner, and the slab moves straight to them.
Launch a pot
Set the rule once. It can't be changed after launch, not even by you.
Fill in your coin, then Simulate or Launch. You'll see the dev buy, the fee shares as they land on-chain, and proof that they are locked.
Coins
Every coin launched on gachapot, read from real records and re-checked on-chain. A coin only counts as live once its fees are locked.
Keeper ledger
Every fee claim, USDC swap and slab purchase for every coin, each with its transaction.
No buys yet
Slab buying starts once a coin's vault holds enough to buy its first slab under the coin's cap. Every step will be listed here as it happens.
Winners
Holder snapshot committed by memo, a 15-minute public window, then the blockhash of a slot set in advance picks the winner. Pools, program accounts, the vault, the treasury, the creator and dust are left out.
No draws yet
A coin's first draw opens when its vault buys its first slab. Each draw will be published here with its ticket list, exclusions, root and winner.
Pack mode
Real pump.fun / Collector Crypt packs opened from the public operator wallet, read straight from the chain.
Plain terms
Is this a lottery?
Holders get a chance at a slab with odds by balance. Prize draws are regulated in many places, and draws may be geo-restricted or need eligibility checks. Don't take part where it isn't allowed.
Who holds the funds and slabs?
Each coin has its own vault wallet, run by the keeper on the server. Its key is encrypted at rest and never leaves the server. Funds can only go into qualifying slabs, and slabs only leave through a draw. This is a custodial setup: you're trusting the keeper.
Can the creator change the rule?
No. The category, cap, split and draw policy are fixed at launch. pump.fun locks the fee routing after it's set.
Why not open packs?
Packs can't be opened by a bot, and on average they return less than they cost. Buying listed slabs at a set cap is clearer and costs less. Pack mode only picks up packs a person opened by hand.
Coins launched with gachapot are memecoins. They have no intrinsic value and no expected return, and they can go to zero. Draws depend on trading fees and aren't guaranteed.
